As a child, I used to get bullied in school. A friend introduced me to a local gym, so I leapt on the opportunity. I initially used the gym as an escapism tool, but soon started seeing many other benefits to the gym. It’s for these reasons that I want to encourage my kids to be fit and healthy.
The physical benefits of keeping fit
I’d properly be a couch potato if it wasn’t for the gym. Because I went to the gym all those years ago, it’s much easier for me to get back into training. It’s for this reason I want to get my children fit, as it’s a tool that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
Going to the gym on a regular basis opened up many doors for me. From feeling great to looking good, I hope for this same door to be opened for my children when they start training.
Helping my children keep fit will help them gain strength, endurance, and stamina.
I was a shy child and didn’t have many friends. Going to the gym and meeting like-minded people helped me gain confidence and friends. Working out with many people and training as a team helped me socially, which helped me for my entire life.
Full body workout
Going to the gum can be a full-body workout. This will not only make my children stronger but also benefits their health. It will lower their blood pressure and improve their blood circulation. Being fit and healthy will help them in their daily life. By feeling more energetic while in school or playing with their friends.
